Munich Pictures part I

German countryside, on the way from Austria


Church with glockenspiel (e.g. a set of mechanical moving figures). I saw this go off twice while here.. not that exciting to watch though, i:d much rather see the show from the inside.


This truck had U.S. plates in the window.. Guess some people can;t live without their Chevy Suburban.. You will also notice the confederate flag sticker.. nice touch :/


The olympic pool, nice constrast between the lane pool (light blue) and diving pool (dark blue). i did not get to cannonball from the diving boards :(


In the large city park (twice the size of central park in NYC), they have this (man made?) surfing spot which has a constant surf wave. You jump on your board and ride the wave back and forth.. The guy above is actually body surfing the wave. Radical!!

I want to do it. Let's go surfing in a park. Is that man's surfing posture appropriate for surfing? It sure wouldn't make it on the street. He'd have to see a chiropractor.
